The Numa Restoration Program is a structured counseling program for couples who feel stuck in the same painful cycle and want a clearer path forward. Rather than starting with another hard conversation, we start with what's happening underneath it — how stress and old patterns can make two people who still care about each other feel like they're constantly on guard. Over the course of the program, couples work through phases focused on de-escalating conflict, rebuilding day-to-day connection, and developing tools to keep using long after sessions end. The program is led by Brady G. Daniel, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, License #6303. Every couple's situation is different, and while many find real value in this work, we can't promise a specific outcome for your relationship. If you're in crisis or in danger, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Here's how it starts.
Here's how it starts. You sign up for the free webinar — no pressure, no commitment, just a chance to see how this approach actually works before you decide anything. Watch it when you have a quiet moment, and let yourself sit with it afterward instead of rushing on. If it resonates, you'll schedule a consultation, where we talk honestly about where your marriage is right now and what this process could look like for the two of you specifically. From there, if you decide to move forward, the real work begins: weekly counseling sessions alongside a weekly curriculum and worksheets, built to help you keep showing up for each other between sessions, not just during them. It's not a quick fix, and it asks for consistency — but it gives you a clear next step every single week instead of wondering what to do next.
